RETURN POLICY 

 

 

Acceptance of Terms/Policy All terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service (See Link TOS). Purchasing any item from us is an indication of your acceptance of, and agreement to our terms of service and also our return policy  

Order Cancellations Kindly take note that orders submitted online can be cancelled as long as the merchandise has not left our store. Usually a company representative will call you before the merchandise leaves our store, and as soon as you confirm the order and dispatch takes effect, cancellation is no longer accepted  

Returns Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging (the pack neither torn nor stained). If you received a free gift along with the item, the gift (just like the item you bought) must also be returned along with the item in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging (if any). 

Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: underwear, perfumes, cosmetics, hair extensions and jewelry. These items are not eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange.  

Shipping To initiate a return, please email us at contact@solutionstore.us. All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 16 Ijaiye Street, Surulere, Lagos. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping expenses you made are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service when returning items of value.  

Refunds and Exchange After we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. reasons for unacceptable returns may include but not limited to: (i) Goods being among the non-returnables  mentioned in paragraph 3 above (ii) Reason(s) for return not being satisfactory or acceptable. Solution store uses its sole discretion and reasonable judgment to determine acceptable and non acceptable returns.        If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: (i) A replacement of merchandise for the item returned or (ii) A full refund of the amount paid for the item. Solution Store also uses its sole discretion and reasonable judgment to determine replacement of items or refunds.

 General If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and refuse exchange or refunds. Solution Store reserves the right, from time to time, to amend or add to these conditions.
